Cancellation conditions for accommodation:
-within 31 days of the event, 50% refund
-from June 24th onwards, the accommodation reservation is non-refundable
-it is possible to change the name on the reservation at any time, therefore transfer it in case of inability to participate
-in case of payment by installments, once the first payment has been made, the payment must be completed and in case of cancellation, the same deadline mentioned above must be followed
